Receptionist (FULL-TIME)

Qualifications:

  • Experience is a MUST
  • Must have flexible schedule (weekend, holidays)
  • Must be organized.
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Bilingual is a PLUS

Job Description:

  • Check-In and Check-Out customers
  • May be required to occasionally check-in and check-out hotel guests
  • Provide customer service and answer all customer questions

 

Information Desk Clerk

Qualifications:

  • Experience is a MUST
  • Must have flexible schedule (weekend, holidays)
  • Must be organized.
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Bilingual is a PLUS

Job Description:

  • Answer phone calls
  • Provide customer service
  • Take service reservations
  • Learn all information regarding Spa Castle to provide answers customers may have

 

Starbucks/Juice Bar Barista (FULL-TIME or PART-TIME)

  • We are looking for a full-time customer service representative to deliver quality service and products. Must be a quick learner and able to multi task. Experience is preferred.
  • Duties include but are not limited to – Oder taking, clean and maintain work area, quality control. Prep, prepare products and serve food and beverage options.

 

Pool Shack (FULL-TIME or PART-TIME)

  • We are searching for a full time customer service representative to work at the pool shack. Must be organized, be able to multi task and able to assist guest to ensure they are enjoying their visit. Have to be comfortable on your feet and walking indoors and outdoors.
  • Duties include but are not limited to- Taking orders, ensuring quality is being delivered to all guest. Checking chemical levels for pools and aquatic areas, basic stocking and detailed inventory duties. Exceptional customer service.

 

Men’s Locker Room (FULL-TIME or PART-TIME)

  • We are searching for a full-time Men’s Locker Room Attendant. This is a full-time position and must have open availability and able to work a flexible schedule. Must be organized, customer service experience is preferred.
  • Duties include but are not limited to- Monitoring the men’s locker room area and maintaining a clean and neat area for the guest. Folding uniforms and towels assisting guest and providing information and delivering great customer service.
