Your admission grants you unlimited access to our Hydrotherapy Pools,
Sauna Valley, Lounges, and Bathhouse.
Eateries, the Aqua Bar, and Spa Treatments are paid for à la carte.

The wellbeing and enjoyment of guests are of the utmost importance to Spa Castle.
We kindly ask all our visits to adhere to our policies to ensure everyone has a safe and pleasant experience.
Before You Enter
Please have a physical form of identification ready in order to enter Spa Castle.
Guests must have swimwear in order to enjoy the pools.
Once You Enter
We kindly ask guests to refrain from capturing videos or photos in the locker room area. Please be considerate of others' privacy at all times, even throughout the facility.
Spa Castle is a smoke-free facility. We have a designated smoking zone exclusively for tobacco and vape use only. Marijuana is not allowed on the premises. We reserve the right to deny entry and/or remove individuals who are under the influence.
Outside food and/or beverages of any type is prohibited. Guests must discard or finish their food or beverage prior to entering Spa Castle.
No re-entry, guests can not leave the facility and re-enter. Admission grants unrestricted and unlimited access to our facility, guests are welcome to stay as long as they desire.
We request guests to keep loud and disruptive noises to a minimum. Please respect others enjoying the spa.
Because Spa Castle is a family-friendly facility, we ask our guests to abstain from overly public displays of affection. It is important to note that intimate or sexual activity is not permitted.
Minors (17 or Under) must be accompanied and supervised by a guardian at all times.
We recommend guest shower before entering any pools throughout the facility. Any oils or lotions should be removed to ensure a pleasurable experience.
Spa Castle is a barefoot facility. Spa slippers are available for an additional cost. No outside footwear is allowed in the facility.

More Things To Know
- No diving, or swimming in pools.
- No running in the facility.
- We provide robes and hand towels.
- Nudity is only allowed in the locker room and bath areas.
- When not utilizing Spa Castle amenities, guests must wear their robes.
- Lost wristbands will be charged an additional $50 to your visit.
- Proof of age is required to redeem child rate.
- Children over 3ft must enter their respective gender locker rooms.
- For infants, only car seats and other non-wheeled carriers are allowed (no strollers)
- On some occasions, certain spa services may be unavailable.
- Severe weather can result in the closure of our outdoor pools and areas.
- Admission price is subject to change without prior notice.
