To our Valued Guests, During these past months of uncertainty and change, we have been looking forward to the day when we can welcome guests back to Spa Castle. We are excited to announce that we are NOW OPEN and will operate based on elevated cleanliness standards to safeguard the wellbeing of our guests and staff. Our top priority has always been to bring an unparalleled safe experience of healing and rejuvenation to our guests, both mentally and physically. In response to COVID-19, our team has initiated leading cleanliness protocols based on the latest guidance from the world's leading health authorities, the WHO and CDC, to all rest of operation, front and back-end. These procedures will be updated and monitored regularly to reflect the most current science available. At a glance, here are some ways we have ramped up our efforts to guarantee guests and employee safety:
Utilizing our No-Touch self check-in and check-out kiosks and encouraging all guests to pre-purchase admission vouchers through our new mobile app or online store. *please note that cash payments WILL NOT be accepted, to limit cross contamination*
Limiting guest count to a maximum of 25% of standard occupancy and enforcing social distancing practices while inside;
Increasing frequency of EPA registered antimicrobial disinfectant cleaning throughout our facility and focusing on all high-touch areas such as door handles, counter tops, registers, lockers, locker keys, floors, etc.
Equipping all employees with masks and gloves and providing all guests with masks to wear while inside.
Opening departments in phases, to reduce potential exposure.
Stocking extra hand sanitizers and alcohol sprays throughout the facility.
Monitoring staff and customers entering the facility and encouraging anyone who is experiencing flu-like symptoms to stay home.
Our state-of-the-art hydrotherapy pool and bathing filtration system, approved by the Texas Health Department, will continued to be monitored, tested, and calibrated every 2 hours. Additionally, our oxygen filtration system will continue to sanitize airborne bacteria and dust to ensure that the air you are breathing is oxygenated and clean. *These are subject to change as we continue to prepare for a safe reopening.
