What is the Check-In Process at Spa Castle?
First-time visitors will be asked to provide a government ID and follow the rest of the check-in process. For regular customers who would like to check-in quickly, please ask our receptionists to sign up for Express Check-In. These customers will be able to use their phone number to check-in quickly and receive their locker key. Please visit our Admission page for policies and what to expect.
Why do I have to provide my government ID?
Since Spa Castle Texas is a children-friendly destination, we would like to take all possible safety precautions to ensure a fun and safe experience for everyone. Valid physical government ID is always required for admission.
How long does my visit entitle me to?
Admission grants unrestricted and unlimited access to our facility, guests are welcome to stay as long as they desire. However, there are no re-entries.
What are your hours of operation?
The overall facility is open from 9AM – 9:30PM. However, each amenity has different operational timings. Please refer to our ‘Hours’ page on this website for more details.
Is there an age minimum to enter Spa Castle?
Spa Castle is family-friendly spa. We accept all ages, from infants to seniors. However, minors who are under 18 years-old require supervision of a guardian at all times.
What do I need to bring with me?
We suggest you bring a bathing suit and beach towel for the pools. Guests are provided one robe and towel. (Guest can purchase or rental additional towels/robes).
Can I wear my sneakers/shoes?
No. Spa Castle is a barefoot facility, no outside footwear of any kind is allowed. We provide slippers for an additional cost.
Do you have babysitter service?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any babysitter services. Children under the age of 18 must be under their guardian’s supervision at all times.
Are all of the facilities co-ed/unisex?
The bath and locker lounges are gender separated. All other amenities, the indoor/outdoor pools, saunas & lounges are co-ed/unisex.
Can we wear our bathing suits inside the Bathhouse, in the locker rooms?
Bathing suits are not permitted in these areas. These areas require you to be undressed. For further information, please refer to our “Bath Area & Lounge” page under the “Amenities” tab at the top menu of this page.
Are we allowed to go inside the pools with outside clothes or robes?
No. Swim or pool wear is required to enter the pools. Any outside clothes or robes that we provide are not allowed to be worn inside the pools. Any material other than bathing suits contaminate the pool water, which negatively affects the water clarity and filtration systems.
Can I wear my own shoes/slippers inside the facility?
No. Following traditional Korean culture, we follow a barefoot policy to ensure the cleanliness of our facility. Therefore, no outside footwear is permitted. You can purchase Spa Castle permitted footwear at our Retail & Rental booth on the second floor.
Do you have parking in your premises/facility?
Yes, we offer free parking in our open area lot. Directly in front of Spa Castle.
How deep are the pools?
Our pools range from 2-4 feet deep.
Are the pools swimming pools?
No. All of Spa Castle’s pools and baths are designed for hydrotherapy purposes. They are not recreational pools, so diving and swimming are not allowed.
Do you open outdoor pools during poor weather conditions?
Yes, our outdoor pools are open all season long, rain or shine. The only time we close the outdoor pools is if there are safety issues, such as thunder storms and lightning.
Are the pools heated all year around? What are the temperatures of the pools?
We adapt the pool temperatures to the outside temperature. The pool water is heated for the majority of the year, except the summer.
Can I bring my laptop or electric devices?
You can bring your personal laptop. However, Spa Castle is not responsible for any loss or damage to your device in any area in the spa. Free WiFi is available.
How much is the entrance fee?
Weekday (Monday-Thursday) admission fees are $75 per person and $40 for Minors (17 or under). Weekend (Friday -Sunday) and public holidays admission fees are $90 per person and $50 for Minors (17 or under) Infants under the age of 1-years old are free all year round.
What is included in the general admission?
Guests will have access to the following: saunas, indoor and outdoor pools, whirlpool bath, hot tubs, steam rooms, healing zone, and public lounge areas. General Admission also comes with a locker, robes, and small towels. Robes and Towels are subject to a $35 deposit that will be added to your wristband, returning the items upon departure guest will receive the deposit back.
All food, beverages, and spa services are additional charges and can be paid upon leaving.
*While Spa Castle robes come in many sizes, we welcome our plus-sized guests to bring a set of comfortable clothing (shirt & pants) for sauna use.
Are there any service fees?
Yes, transactions are subject to a mandatory 20% service charge. That includes, spa services and bar order.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover or Spa Castle Gift Cards. We DO NOT accept American Express, checks or money orders.
Do I need to make a reservation for the entrance?
Spa Castle offers unlimited access. No reservation are required to enter. Guests are welcome to stay as long as they please.
Is my general admission included in the spa treatment?
Regular spa treatments do not include general admission. You must pay general admission in order to enter the facility for your treatment. However, Avenue S packages include admission for one. Also, all promotional packages will include admission, so please double check when you purchase any packages.
Do I need to make reservations for any spa treatments?
Yes, reservations are suggested for your convenience, but are not mandatory. We recommend they are made at least 2-3 days in advance. A debit/credit card is required to hold the reservation (No American Express can be used). There is a 20% cancellation fee if you do not cancel 48-hours in advance. Customers who no-show an appointment that failed to cancel, 100% of the service will be charged to their payment method.
Do you offer prenatal services?
Unfortunately, for the safety of our guest, we do not perform prenatal massages. We can help you book other spa treatments, like hand or foot massages, facials, and scrubs.
Do you sell alcoholic beverages?
Yes, we serve alcoholic beverages. Aqua Bar is located in the lobby floor next to our indoor hydrotherapy pool.
Do I need to bring a Photo I.D to get alcoholic beverages?
Yes, upon arrival a wristband will be given for those above the age of 21 once proper identification has been provided.
Can we bring in any food or beverages?
No outside food or beverages are permitted inside the facility.
Why do you have “Last Call/Orders”?
To ensure a smooth and timely close each evening, last call for food and beverage orders is 30 minutes before department closings. We kindly ask all guests to place final orders by this time, as our team will need the remaining time to prepare the facility for closing. View Department times here.
Can we bring a birthday cake?
Yes, however ice cream cakes are not permitted. All visitors must let management know upon entry. Please note we will not be able to offer any storage space.
Are there special diet options available?
Vegetarian options are available on the 1st and 3rd floor kitchen.
The One Boutique Hotel will be closed for renovations.
Room reservations will be paused until completion.
The hotel, banquet hall, and penthouse lounge are part of our Phase 2 renovations. We don’t have an official opening date yet, but we’re hoping to open those amenities in the second half of 2027. We’ll share more information as those plans move forward.
My purchase appears to be charged more than once on my credit card.
This may be due to an error while inputting your payment information (address, ZIP code, etc.). The multiple charges are pending transactions on your credit card bill. These charges will not be reflected on your final bill. However, if you need an immediate resolution, please contact us at 718-888-9893.
Why I am not receiving my confirmation email?
Please check all your inboxes, including ‘spam/junk’. Please also check to see if your settings filter out unrecognized emails.
Google account users(@gmail.com) or Google Apps account users tend to receive this delivery error.
