Upon its opening in 2006, Spa Castle New York introduced numerous never-before-seen innovative spa and sauna systems to the United States. Since then, with its 4 stories and 100,000 square feet of luxurious serenity, Spa Castle NY has been offering a unique experience to our countless customers as an original one-stop spa destination.
1. Check-in
A government-issued ID will be required to check-in, and there may be a bag-check for any outside foods/beverages, and/or other prohibited items. After check-in, you will receive a numbered electronic wristband to wear, which will be used throughout your visit.
2. Locker Lounge & Bath Area
Receive a set of uniform and a towel from the locker lounge assistant. Use your wristband as your locker keys and leave all your unnecessary belongings in your locker. You can start your relaxation at the bath area, where is connected to the locker lounge.
3. Explore
Familiarize yourself with the whole facility! Find your favorite sauna theme at Sauna Valley and enjoy indoor/outdoor pools with different aqua-jets. Your numbered wristband functions as a running tab for any services or purchases made during your visit.
