CHECK-IN/OUT
Check-in: 3:00 p.m. / Check-out: 12:00 noon.
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check-in.
Vehicle’s information needed upon check in. (License plates number, model, etc.)
No early Check-in, No late Check-out avail.

CASH-PAYING GUEST
All reservations must be accompanied by a valid credit or debit card. The One Boutique hotel can accept cash as a form of payment.
Upon booking a reservation that will be paid for in cash the representative will run and place a security deposit of the full room amount on a valid credit or debit card.

DEBIT/CREDIT CARD POLICY
The use of a debit card will initiate, at the time of making a reservations. Upon check in, the One Boutique Hotel will run and place a security deposit of $100 per night for incidentals. Upon check-out, any unused funds will be credited back to your account.
Based upon your bank policy, it may take 72 hours or longer for your bank to process this back to your account.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel a reservation guest must call the One Boutique Hotel before 48 hours prior the check in date to receive a full refund for the reservation.
No call no show will result in the complete charge for the reservation, no exemptions.

NON-SMOKING POLICY
The One Boutique Hotel is 100% smoke free!
Any evidence of smoking in the guest’s room, hallways or anywhere other than designed areas, will result in fines of up to $1,000.
All fees and/or damages will be charged to the card on file.

PAYING FOR ANOTHER GUEST’S ROOM
If you would like to pay for another guest’s room, please contact the hotel at 972-466-3819.
Payment must be completed 72 hours prior to arrival date and we reserve the right to deny authorization for any reason.

PET POLICY
Pets / animals are not allowed in the One Boutique hotel
Registered service pets are only allowed with a registration proof of service. A non-refundable cleaning fee of $50 will be charged per stay, per room.
(One service pet is allowed per guest room)

HOTEL AND SPA CASTLE / URBAN RESORT CUSTOMERS
Hotel guests will receive a discount for the Spa admission and each hotel guest will pay only $30 for every 24 hours of spa access. You will also have the privilege of going in and out of the spa facility any time desired during your stay. When going to the spa facility, please carry a method of payment as the spa charges will not be transferred to your hotel room balance.
